I dropped an antique gold pocket watch with a cabin scene on the front off to be repaired. Never heard back a year later called and they said they are waiting on the part,more time goes by they can not find it, do not call back, I call, no answer no call back again. Then they say they are looking for it but no call back when they say again no answer no return call. I am going down there with the police I WANT ME WATCH BACK OR THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT.

THEY ARE NOT CLOSED! They have moved across the interstate to the Big Lots Shopping Center on Chamblee Tucker, just inside I-285. They just fixed a watch for me, Swiss quartz movement needed replaced. Promised it in 2 days and delivered as promised. Labor maybe a tad high, but did good work. Free estimates, returned old parts. Would try them again.

Excellent service and they are very reasonable for repairs and will give honest assessment of condition of watch. Have been using them for years.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We sent a watch to be repaired, and they repeatedly lied about when they shipped it back, and make excuses daily for not providing a tracking number. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
