I swear I hate Walmart. They have the worst customer service across the board of retails stores. Wal-Mart finished with an ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) score of 68, tied for last and down 4% from a year ago. I can honestly say that every time I've had problem with Walmart it takes forever to get resolved and no one takes accountability for what's going on and proceeds to blame others and say they can't help you.....Which explains why they have the worst customer service rating. To all my friends and family in Atlanta, do yourself a favor and never visit the Walmart Supercenter East Point location.
