I want to first say DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE YOUR BUSINESS! The lack of professionalism is evident by the way the phone is answered. It took them almost 3 months to process a refund on a car that was traded in and no longer owns. Instead of putting my refund back on tbe form of payment they credited the insurance account. They did not mail anything or pick up the phone to explain anything.
