I'm was impressed with the service provided by the towing service. The driver was professional and prompt. He handled my vehicle with care and arrived in less time than what was initially promised.

BEWARE! This might be THE WORST towing company I've ever experienced, I really don't know where to begin. , 1 1/2 hrs to arrive, and upon arriving the serviceman just started yelling at me that he was given wrong directions. He embarrassingly expressed what he thought was south which was north and what he though was east which was west. I was shocked that someone who towed truck for a living has completely no sense of direction. He was foreign, but still this was completely ridiculous that he didn't know which was which. The worst part was all this with my 3 yr old and 5 yr old present. Rudeness, incompetence, thank goodness my husband showed up within minutes and told him to leave. Do yourself a favor and do not use!!
