Urgent Care 24/7 Centennial Park is part of the Urgent Care 24/7 family that was launched in Savannah, GA in 2011 to provide quality, convenient, and affordable medical care to residents and visitors. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even on holidays. No appointment is every needed! In addition to providing immediate care on a walk-in basis for injuries and illnesses, routine services and care are available including lab testing, occupational medicine, physicals, drug screens, flu shots, and hydration therapy.
