NO... SERVICE!

anytime i call get different answer!! they make us wait two days to 9 p.m. they keep saying driver is on his way !!!! horrible liar!!!!! I don't know why they don't tell me the truth?

A waste of time to call if your package is help at the Doraville Location. Deserves Zero stars

I recently moved into a new home that was completed on Oct 25. I have been making purchases online and by all account had no issues with my packages being delivered until UPS became the carrier of my packages. First they held on to my first package at the Doraville location because they said my address is not valid. After I called the toll free number and gave all the information , including directions, needed to not only get my package delivered but to also ensure that my packages will not be held in the future.


Well, so much for wishful thinking because not only did the carrier deliver my package to the wrong address 4 days later. They also held on to another package for the same reason, that being my address is not valid. I gave the same explanation and I was asked the same questions. I'm guessing either every one speaks a different language or not everyone can read at the UPS Doraville station. Also don't believe in that "We'll call you back in an hour or the same day BS". It took them 3 days to call me back and that's because I kept calling asking where my package was.

Regarding my first package that was delivered to the wrong address. The UPS rep that contacted me was so convinced that the package was finally delivered and told me it was noted in the records that it was left on the front door, the same notes I saw when I received a text from Amazon. However, I told her that wasn't true and that no delivery was made. The she started to read off my address, which was something completely different from my address. When I interrupted her by giving her my address, she took her tough demeanor away and admitted that it was delivered to the wrong address. Then what she said next was troubling... She said they will contact the person that delivered it and have him TRY to retrieve my package. Try...?

Needless to say I am still waiting on two phone calls .

What is the purpose of paying for a service if you don't receive it.
