I used 2 day shipping from Amazon as a Prime member for many years. Until recently I had an incident when UPS driver lied and stated I authorized for them to ship my package to nearest access point! Not True! Called customer service rep and explained that I wanted them to pick up my package and redirect it back to the address. At first they stated yes, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor named Lorenzo apparently his first name, did not want to give me his last name, he stated that he can't guarentee of sameday shipment, instead it will take 3 business days! I asked for the managers email and he told me Richard Jammison @UPS! They did not know how to spell his name? So I chose the next day to pickup package and was told to park in the front even though there was parking that u had to pay for. The Clean Dog company said to me if you park upfront real quick just to pick up package it would not be a problem. LIES!!! SCAM with UPS & access pt!

UPS small package division handled a 3rd party shipment that was picked up in Tukwila, WA and delivered to Menlo Park.

The terms of the shipment was standard ground service (6 day) and I would pay for it on my account. This was the first time I used the assigned account with UPS.



UPS messed it up. They billed Walgreen's Pharmacy instead. In addition, they charged them for next day air instead of ground service. I notified Walgreen's that the UPS #800 service was refusing to speak with me and Walgreen's advised me that they had the same experience. As a result, I contacted another freight division of UPS and they contacted a corporate liaison by the name of Tenaya Smith who investigated the matter. Initially she indicated Walgreen's wasn't billed, but then indicated they were billed and also received interest charges.



A few days later, Tenaya indicated she was going to send me the bill, but wasn't willing to adjust the charges. I was charged $43.97 instead of a charge closer to $10. I have sent several emails to Tenaya and she won't respond.



People should avoid UPS small package division. UPS uses a 3rd party contractor that could careless about long term relationships and good service. In addition, the corporate liaison that I spoke with would seem to indicate that management also has the same attitude. I do have a good impression of the freight division, but I wouldn't ship with the small package division if at all possible.



UPS doesn't appear to be the same consumer oriented company that it was in the past. Very bad service. Use the post office. It is less trouble.

DON'T USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They delivered my package to the wrong address. I stayed home all day yesterday, because I needed this package and it never come. I called at 5:37pm and asked where my package was and I was told "it will be delivered by 7:00. At 7:00pm - no package. I called first thing in the morning and I was told it was delivered. I said "no! it was not." They said it was signed for by "name that is not mine," at apartment "not mine!."

CAN THEY NOT READ!

when I complained they said, "it is too early to call this person, we will call at 10:00am and see if they have your package. This is not acceptable.

I will never use UPS AGAIN!
