Customized my 3 year old's Superhero Party shirt 2 weeks in advance. The first shirt I received had black and white ink spots on it so I washed it, one time only according to the directions. Turns out the ink was still there and now there was a tiny hole in the shirt already! All I did was wash it. Contact CS, they said they can do a reprint for 50% of what I originally paid, I said no since it their error. They sent a reprint and even as a courtesy, gave me a size smaller since the one I had order was a little big. BUT when I received it, it looked nothing like my design. Everything was printed smaller when there was plenty of space on the shirt to make it bigger. It wasn't even like what I customized! There is only 4 days before the party and now I have to find another shirt elsewhere for my 3 year old. Thanks a lot UberPrints, I WON'T be returning nor would I recommend your company!
