Jazmine was AWESOME!!!! Super helpful and accommodating, The general manager is an idiotic jerk! I rented a 26 foot truck to move a six bedroom. Before I left the Uhaul facility, Informed Jazmin that it would need the truck for a few days, she advised me that it wouldn't be a problem. After 4 days of trying to move by myself, I called what I assumed was the location and got a woman named Diane, whom I now belive was from Uhaul Customer service. I explained to her that I was nowhere near finished, she told me that they would mostly charge my $45.00. Two days later, I received a call from an associate at this location, out of nowhere The Gerneral Manager starts abruptly criticizing me for not "Reaching Out" to them. As I was explaining that I had contacted them on Friday, he hanged up on me!!!! I called back 3 times and he kept hanging up on me, saying "God Bless You"...I guess he was expecting for me to be upset, but I was only trying to make sure that he know I had called and spoken to a Diane. This gentleman was completely rude and out of control. I'm really not sure why he had the associate to cal, after all he had already charged my credit card for the extra days. I will not be returning to this God Forsaken location. I will return the truck to a location where the "Entire Staff" is professional!

I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck online, requesting a location in Union City but it was changed without any notification. I never received an email, phone call or text even though they claimed they tried to contact me. I just happened to check the website late the night before to verify my driving directions or else I would have had no clue it had been changed. I ended up with poor customer service when calling the 800 number and was told to call back at 7 am the following morning to speak to a manager. When calling back, the manager authorized a credit to my reservation only to end up having that refused when I went to this location to pick up the truck. The newer gentleman, Maika, was apologetic and polite, but his boss was abrupt and rude, refusing to honor the discount that was promised. I was stuck, this was the only day that I had available to move my recently deceased father's belongings out of a house he rented to be near my mother who is in a care home with Alzheimer's. I live an hour and a half away and had to coordinate with work schedules, lease termination and the money to afford the move. To have to deal with such ineptitude and rudeness is unnecessary and uncalled for.

This is a great location. Rarely do you find such great customer service. I was having the worst day until I went to UHAUL. The Customer Service Rep was very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond to make it easier for me so I didn't have to do anything. I also rented a storage unit. When i moved my things in I only had my youngest daughter with me to help. Shomari was walking by and offered to help for free. He just about moved everything himself and did it with a smile, saying " I'm not supposed to be helping, i could get fired for this." I have referred several people to this location and will continue to tell everyone i know to use the UHAUL on southampnton rd at godby rd. The office also smelled so clean and outside was clean too. Every bit of a five star location*****
