I would give Tori no stars if I could. She is very unprofessional and does an awful job at treebraids.Your hair will look nothing like the pictures on her site. I was her last client it was late and she did a rush job on my treebraids. They were extreamly thin with a little amount of hair, and my braids were baided so big and spaced appart that you could see my scalp. I went to her because a referred by a friend and coworker. I contacted her and She was unable to fix my hair because she said she was going out of town I had to go to fatou's braid shop and they fixed my hair. To make matters worse..... She glues the end of your cornrows .I had no clue she had put glue in my hair. It was hard removing it and since my hair is long the glue was actually on my hair. I called her and messaged her and asked for partial compensation & she said she don't see how it is her fault and she will think about it. I never got a response back and now she has been ignoring my calls and my texts. Please stay far far away from Tori. I wish I had of read the other reviews from the other clients. She is bad at customer service and a total rip off. I wouldn't even refer her to my worst enemy. No one deserves to walk around with their hair jacked up. That is was she will do jack up your hair. By far she is not a humble person and has awful cutomer service. Go to an African Braid shop instead or Tori if you want your monies worth.
