Hewo I am tree yeers old. My momma said that DC closed the last Toy Store company. Now where can I go to make me feel better. There is no real happiness in this world anymore. My life is ruined. Where can I get anymore toys. Geoffrey got sent away to the circus. (That's what my mommy said) I can no longer get a toy from anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭

I'm so furious! I called myself doing my Christmas shopping early, so I layed away my children's toys, two tickets were written. I went 3 weeks later to pay for and retrieve them only to find out that they couldn't find the toys from my 2nd ticket, and 1 toy was missing off of the ist ticket. I waited 1 hour for them to find the lost toy on the 1st ticket, the toys on the 2nd ticket were never retrieved. I wasn't the only person complaining. One lady, just like myself had been waiting for over an hour for a toy they never did find. One other customer bought an expensive toy car. When they brought it to him, it was scratched. The attendant was very rude to him. When I left, he was still standing there waiting for his situation to be resolved. Toys r us may be good at some things, but lay away is not one of them. That was my first and last time shopping there.
