My first contact with TLC was through a HalfOff Depot promotion. My first experience was ok, except for the fact that they managed to break the blinds in my master bathroom and failed to alert me to the damage.

About a year later, I purchased another voucher and gave them a second chance. This time, I was quite pleased and purchased a monthly cleaning contract. I prepaid for the cleaning, per the terms of their contract, and scheduled the appointment. They never showed up. Emails were exchanged, and they offered me a choice of dates to reschedule. I responded with a date ... it has been a month since that email exchange and they have yet to reply or make an appearance.

They do not return calls and all attempts to reach them by email have failed.

It might have been a nominal payment, but if this is their general course of business, then they are making bank on failure to deliver.

They want money upfront - which is fine if they show up. Called 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive saying one of the cleaners was very sick. (Gee, just 15 minutes before!?) Then NO communication for weeks (and they still owed me a cleaning). When I said 'forget it,' she was insulted. WHA?????



Cleaning was inconsistent!



Do NOT use! You will be disappointed. (Oh, and read all the other reviews!)

0 Stars should be available as an option for this company... My entire experience with this company can be summed up as UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE . First of all, after not getting a return phone call from my initial request, I emailed - twice (that should have given me an indication of what I had in store). When she finally responded, we scheduled an appointment and I waited for the day of my cleaning. At that point, I had been on bed rest for 4 months and had a brand new baby so I really needed a hand. We emailed a couple of questions and answers back and forth and at first she was kind but ended up being short,discourteous and unprofessional. The morning of my appointment came and went... TLC Cleaning Services pulled a "no call, no show". I could not believe it. From that point on, I called and emailed constantly but got NO RESPONSE. To this day, I still haven't heard from Enjoli Printup or Jennifer Merritts. I had to get a credit for the voucher I purchased so I will never get my money back. Now that I think about it, I'm glad they never showed up; people who run their business this way are more than likely shady, crooked and untrustworthy (and perhaps thieves) and I don't want that kind of filth in my house.

Please listen to all of the negative reviews about this horrible cleaning company and do not waste your money! I used there service once after purchasing a voucher. They did an okay job, so when they offered a great special to existing customers, I prepaid for two cleaning sessions. I scheduled appts twice and both times NOBODY SHOWED. I was given no notice and not much explanation. I then deemed them completely unreliable and requested a refund for the prepaid sessions. I have now been requesting a refund for almost two months. The owner is completely unprofessional and provides zero customer service. She has done nothing to make this situation right. Please don't fall victim to the low prices as I did. It's not a good deal if you don't receive the service. This is also the first negative review I have ever written...I really did want to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

Zero integrity

The owners of this business have zero integrity. I truly hope that customers catch on to their scam. Be wary of any positive reviews as the reviewer was provided a discount in exchange for the review (the positive reviews are essentially paid for). I tried to take advantage of three sessions I purchased.

Unfortunately I was given dates and NOT actual time slots. I tried to reach the company a few times to verify a time slot but to no avail. I I did not hear from the company until I sent an email about them stealing my money. Instead of sending me a response to fix the situation

I was met with the most unprofessional, "neck-rolling attitude" type of response. The owner is upset with me the customer because her employee offered me an incorrect quote. I cannot understand how this person is still in business as the owners are some of the lost inept "business" owners that I have ever met.

Please, please do not purchase a voucher for this company. You are not getting a good deal!

This is a business that should be out of Business. I purchased 2 vouchers from Half Off. The first service I received they did a poor job. All of my floors were covered with a film. I contracted the owner and she agreed to send the technicians out the following day. They did not show up or call. I emailed her and left a message and sent her a text as well with no response. When I was ready to schedule my second cleaning, I asked to have the $15 fee waived since there was a problem with the initial service. She refused to waive the fee and said she would assist me in receiving a refund for the second voucher I purchased. She was extremely rude in subsequent communication and lied about the refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR CLEANING WAS FAIR AT BEST!

This company is a joke. I am not convinced it is even a real company. The woman running it is extremely unprofessional, rude, and acted like a 12 year old towards my roommate and I. After speaking with her numerous times, she finally told us at the last minute that the cleaners had an "emergency appointment" and needed to know if we would be home during a different time. She then went on to ask if we had a tip prepared for the cleaners. I told her I was not obligated to give that information. She proceeded to act like a child, and say that she would no longer have our house cleaned. She even claimed that she asked if we would leave a tip in an initial email, to which I sent her our entire email thread, which showed that no such conversation took place. I have contacted Half off Depot to get my money back, and to take this so called "Company" off of their website. I'd like to leave no stars, but that's not possible.

Rude, Unprofessional, Immature and Disrespectful. This is the only way to describe my experience with this horrible "company". They deserve a negative amount of stars. Do not ever grace them with your business. They expect you to have your own supplies and then flat out ask if you will leave them a tip (prior to rendering services). The "owner" called my work line to complain and give me attitude about my roommate whom she was conversing with via email. She b*tched at me like a middle school-er then hung up on me. The lack of maturity is astounding and will surely reflect negatively and cause this so called "business" to fail.

Do NOT buy a voucher from this place from Half Off Depot or any other site. They make it notoriously difficult for you to redeem it, and they're always booked for weeks. After waiting 2 months for them to come clean my house on a scheduled date, they stood me up. My phone calls went unanswered, despite leaving messages. I am in the process of receiving a credit from Half Off Depot because this merchant is so incredibly unprofessional.

Great prices, great cleanings....

Great prices, great cleanings. I originally bought a voucher as an Amazon Local Deal and have continued with the service every other week since. Working full time with two small children it is peace of mind that TLC brings me when I come home to a clean house - top to bottom! And they are always flexible to help me when I have company coming over and need to change the scheduled cleaning accordingly.

I bought a deal worth 2 cleanings a while back and though it was hard to schedule they came and did a decent job. After those two cleanings they asked me to extended the service by purchasing a special through them directly so even though I am a single mother with not much extra spending room I decided to purchase the special via paypal at $150 including 4 cleanings. They were very persistant about getting me to opt in on the deal and pay. The first of those 4 cleanings they showed up and I had my brother be at the house just to make sure all went well. He said they did an ok job but didnt stay long. The 2nd of the 4 cleanings they didnt show up for the service and put me in a bind as my son's first birthday was the next day and was depending on them to be there. They didnt call or anything they just didnt show up. When I emailed the owner she apologized and rescheduled and they came and cleaned. I have 2 cleanings remaining. I had an appt set for Jan 17th and even paid for my dog to be boarded and no one came and I tried contacting them the day before to confirm they were coming but no one responded. And I have tried emailing several times since then but no one will get back to me. Basically they took my money but never fulfilled the service.

Horrible. Unless you consider poor communication and no-shows the tenets of a good company, I'd steer clear of this one. The owner, Enjoli Printup, seriously needs to reevaluate her business model and customer service skills.



I contacted them to clean my rental townhouse (empty and not terribly dirty), after buying an online savings coupon (like Groupon, but not), after which point, I never heard back from them...until I contacted the coupon company. They then left me one voicemail, to which they didn't respond again.



I then left them several messages over the course of weeks and had to resort to e-mail (apparently their preferred method of "communication"), before one quick reply and then nothing. I called the coupon company and they were happy to refund my entire purchase price.



A real shame. Not only because it was a *seemingly* great deal, but because Ms. Printup should never have started a company and simply stuck to working for someone else. As a relatively successful small business owner myself, I know that some people have the entrepreneurial spirit and "get it," and others don't. Unfortunately, Ms. Printup does not.

Had people coming over...booked appointment 30 days in advance!!!

Not only a no-show, but absolutely NO communication since then!

I read the other reviews AFTER I bought a coupon for TLC. I must admit that they were the total opposite of the other reviews! I don't usually write reviews but after reading the negative and using their services, TLC earned my business! TLC was on time getting to my house. There were 3 ladies that came to clean my house. Chloe did most of the talking and she was very courteous and professional. They even cleaned items that were not part of the regular listed items to be cleaned (on the website)! My house is 2 stories with a full finished basement and they cleaned the entire house in approximately 2 hours!! I will definitely use their services again and I have already referred 2 of my co-workers!

My story is similar to the others posted here. I bought a discount voucher from this business via Amazon Local. (I have a regular cleaning service but I thought I would give TLC a tryout, and I told them as much.) When I initially called the earliest availability they had was three weeks out, so I scheduled it and marked my calendar.



I was told to expect someone between noon and 1 p.m. on a Monday. About 12:50 p.m. I got a call to confirm, asking if the time was still OK, and telling me someone was coming. But no one ever came. For the next two days I called the listed number, the number that called me on Monday (which was different) and also sent them emails and got no responses to any of that. I finally contacted Amazon Local and got my money refunded and registered a complaint against the business as well.



I understand a small business being overwhelmed by a coupon offer, but to not communicate is inexcusable. I would warn others against taking this deal or using this company.

I also purchased a TLC deal from Dealfind. They cleaned my house once satisfactorily. The next time I had them scheduled, nobody showed up at the time set, nor did anyone answer the phone or call me back. I left 3 messages and also e-mailed them. That was 2 weeks ago! I also have requested a refund from Dealfind, and am waiting to hear from them.

This a review regarding TLC Cleaning Services @ 701 Dalvigney St Atlanta, GA 30318

(770) 676-4484. I bought a cleaning voucher from this cleaning service through Deal Find. I contacted them to schedule the cleaning. A date was given, and I was instructed that they would be there between 8am-9am. It would take about 21/2-3 hours to clean my house which is 3000-3500 square feet.

The day they were scheduled to come out, it was 9:00am and no one had showed up. I contact TLC and spoke with the lady who answered the phone. She stated that she was unaware that they were not there. She stated that she was going to contact the technician and get back with me. I waited an hour and she had not called me back. I called back at 10:00am, and she stated that she was still working on trying to get someone out because they technician that was scheduled was not answering her phone. She contacted the person that was supposed to be working with her, and she had not heard from her. She stated that she would call me back. I advised her that I had someone sitting at my house waiting for them and to please get back in touch with me.

I waited until 12 noon and she had not called back. I called and received the voice mail and left a message. 2:00pm came, and still no one had returned my call. I called them up until 5:00pm, left another message and as of 6/18/12; no one has called me back to reschedule or refund my money. I have been scammed out of the amount I paid for this voucher, because I did not receive the services.

I then contact Deal Find to let them know what happen, and I am waiting for their response.

My co-worker also bought a voucher from them, and they showed up to her house. To make a long story short, they did not clean her house. It was the same as when they arrived.

Please, please whatever you do, do not patronize this company. I guarantee you will not be satisfied. I am not sure if they are scamming people, but they are not providing the services as indicated.
