Tidal Wave has been an absolute nightmare. The staff are not up front people who rushed to tear my kitchen apart but reassure me that the adjuster can verified afterwards and no cost to me. This company after destroying my kitchen stated that certain insurance companies are hard to deal with. So knowing all of that with the insurance company that was said is one of the companies that is difficult to deal with, why would you think that it was okay to demolish my kitchen and not complete the work, because the insurance agency didn't wanted to give up anymore money. So they wanted me to take out a loan for 4,000 dollars- crazy. Drop me simply because they could not get in any more money out of my insurance agency or get me to do the loan. Then after all of this with discernment I spoke with John Myers who stated he work 14 hours a day and don't need additional problems. Guess what, I work 12 hours a day and now I have no kitchen due to you being so sensitive and selfish, and decide to relieve yourself from duties that should have been finished or negotiated with the Adjuster.
This is unjust and ungodly- .
Mrs Suzette Collins has send me an email of a total that has no clarity on what the cost is.....THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND ALL I CAN REMEMBER IS THE WORD HELP BEING USED A LOT BY THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS HELP WAS ADDED ON STRESS AND UNABLE TO TRUST.
