my daughters and I have been coming to this restaurant for over a year it used to be fantastic lately the food has been terrible the noodles taste like horse hair the meat taste like horse meat from 5 to 1 star unbelievable it used to be a fantastic place I will not be returning I tried to complain to the manager and they told me oh the menu is never the same well looks like the food isn't either

What can I say about the Real Chow Baby, me and a few girlfriends decided that we were gonna go out for a fun girls night out so we decided on RCB's Ponce location, when we arrived they we pretty busy, we signed in with the hostess she told us about a 20 minute wait, but if we wanted we could order some drinks at the bar which we did. shortly after that a member from their staff was passing out free appertizers, some great chicken bites Panko Chicken which I thought was really nice, where can you go and free apps are being passed REALLY!!!!. We were seated shortly after that our server Eric was great he explained the process, offered a few suggestions and sent us our way to begin the fun. Our bowls were great, service was great, and girls night was a hit we will be back.

All I can say is that this location is a disgrace to the name. Although the food is of good quality just as the original location, It is the service and the rude attitudes of this location that upsets me. upon my arrival the valet attended told me to wait as he parked my car then when he returned told me he parked my truck in the back but that i would need to retreive it myself when I leave because he was very busy today. I then entered the establishment and after being seated witnessed first had a MANAGER rudely yell at a couple for asking her where can they sit. the manager yelled at them that the hostess location is in the front of the building not back here so thats who u need to be talking too! Eventhough this location is closer to my residence I think Ill be making the trip to the original from now on.
