Management changes with the weather. With those changes, the property has gone down hill. Where I had one roach last year, now the building is inundated with them. Replaced the toilets and hardware in the bathrooms.... looks totally ghetto now. I'm so disappointed in the thoughtless management of this property.

Went to The Crossing at Henderson Mill yesterday and I had such a wonderful experience. The leasing consultant Lizzie was very knowledgeable with the information she provided. The property manager Sheka was even better with the showing of model and overall customer service. Thanks for a great experience you guys!!!!

I've lived at The Crossing at Henderson Mill for the past 7 years. The management and maintenance staff have changed throughout the years and must say that over the past 2 years things have gone good to supurb. Living here has been the best experience I have ever had in an apartment community. Whenever I need something, the office staff goes above an beyond to assist me and my family. I have referred several people to this community and we really enjoy our homes. It is quiet and very peaceful. The property is kept clean, the maintenance staff is very efficient and always available to fix whatever we need, and over the past 2 years, the property has been very safe. The courtesy officer makes himself available at anytime and so does the manager and assistant manager. They will come to your home anytime for anything you need. In my seven years, I have NEVER had a problem with pest control. I absolutely love my apartment!
