Do not rent property from The Brun Company (Lucion Lane)

I did and lost 115k waiting for them to finish a promised 2 week build out that took them 4 months. I stuck out 4.5 years of a 5 year lease despite the fact that the 5 airconditioners died 6 months into the leae and they wouldn't fix or replace.

The lease was poorly written to confuse a layman, the last page of wich took precidence over all the promised free months of rent that never took place.

Lucion told me he didn't believe I could affect his business at all despite his Lies and underhanded practices. Lucion your underhanded and a liar and I will do my best to prevent you from repeating your practices.



If you rent from this scoundrel MAKE SURE your Lawyer reads the lease carefully and be prepared for trouble.
