I have had many headboards, sofas, etc build from the ground up and reupholstered by Terry. He does great and has extreme attention to detail. As far as prices, you pay for what you get. Which is beautiful, pristine, and well made furniture.

Mr. Taylor was very rude to me when simply quoting me on a project. When I asked about reducing the price, he said "I thought you wanted something nice, not cheap stuff". I told him that I would be going with a different company who had manufactured custom furniture for several celebrites. He's way overpriced and has a terrible way about him.

I was driving down Roswell Rd when Terry Taylor Custom Interior van decided to tailgate me... When the van found a path around me, they decided to zip on by and cut off the car that was in front of me causing them to hit their brakes. When we came to the light, I decided to call the number on the van to inform Terry Taylor that they have a bad driver on the road. To my surprise, the driver of the car picked up the phone! I told him to please be careful driving out there because he was being reckless. The man told me that slower traffic should stick to the right and hung up on me. I don't know if this company does a good job with custom interiors, but I do know that they don't have any consideration of others on the road. - I guess, it's up to you to choose what kind of customer service you want, but I know that I would not want anyone working inside of my home if they would be ok weaving in and out of traffic and putting other's in danger.
