Had a drunk driver drive into my previous property forcing my family out of a home. Was so stressed and due to this being a unique situation we all put our heads together to figure it out. Eugene was the supervisor that extended every option for me, he was able to find an even BETTER home for me and negotiated with the higher up about keeping my rent at the same price. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I also want to thank his assistant Brandon for being patient with my frustration he always followed up with me if Eugene couldn't. Shelly Davis thank you for always responding to all my emails, even if you didn't respond to email you would call which made me feel like the company called about me. Felicia Burrell was also very detailed and concerned about me getting settled she even called to make sure I made it in ok. I have received follow ups ever since. Thank y'all Sylvan homes I'm truly in love with my new home and thanks for not leaving me hanging.
