Bad experience-not once but twice. Buses never arrived on time. On both occasions, the buses broke down. One of them more than once. Bus drivers did not keep you informed about what was going on. Most of the time they did not know what was going on. Tried calling the main office, only to get voice mail after voice mail. Then when I finally got an answer, no one would answer questions directly. Please make sure you shop around. They may give a reasonable price, but you get what you pay for....lack of quality service and professionalism.
