They are horrible, ghetto, and non responsive. Do not use them as your realtor and if you see them as the listing agent for a property, run away fast. I would give them zero stars but the lowest I can give is 1 star.

Horrible service. I called to make an appointment with a realtor. The realtor that answered the phone stated that she'd call me back to set up a home viewing before close of business and a day later I still haven't heard from hear. Shady to say the least.
