This place was horrible!! Sure it looks great, but the service is horrendous! Paid way too much for a party here so I wouldn't have to play hostess. I not only had to wrangle the kids and explain what we had to do, but remind our "hostess" what she had to do every 5 minutes. I asked for a marker and she disappeared for 15 minutes and returned with no marker! I was so busy I didn't even take a picture with my birthday girl. Meanwhile at the bar they serve 2 of our guest well beyond the point of intoxication. I told the bartender 3 times to cut them off. Our goody bags mysteriously disappeared when it was time for the piñata, which they had nowhere for it to hang! They offer pinatas for Christ's sake!! Why is there nowhere to put it?! To top off this awesome day they kept messing up on the split for the birthday party and bar tab. It was between 2 people! How hard is that?! They had my debit card in the back for 20 minutes! I go bang on the door and ask for my card and they said they were still doing it. I asked how hard it was to swipe a card and the MANAGER looks at me like I'm just the rudest person in the world. The only thing that matters is my daughter had fun. She doesn't know that everything was a hot mess. The one bad thing they could say about our group was the one of the way too drunk guys was rather rude to the manager on the way out. I never write reviews, but I can't believe I wasted almost a grand in this place today. I should've just rented a bounce house and barbecued.
