I hate the cattle call they named boarding. There are no assigned seats and so it's pretty much first come, first serve. The flight attendants on both legs of my flight were helpful and courteous. The planes themselves are too small and makes it hard to be comfortable. I miss the days of real airline travel. A time when people actually had space to sit, meals were served and everything wasn't cheapened by discount travel.

This airline should be named SouthWORST!!!!

My first and last experience with them was horrible. The rep at the gate was rude & disrespectful. The one day they took from us almost caused us to miss our mother's 90th birthday celebration, in addition to the extra expenses and lost car reservation. I do NOT recommend. Fly at GREAT RISK. We spent nearly $1500 with them and were treated despicably. You get LESS than what you pay for with SouthWORST!!!!! I would not even rate them 1 star. Delta will get my business always.
