We had Southern Signature Landscaping out last Fall to aerate, seed and top soil our front and back yard. They did an absolutely fantastic job and we saw great grass in the Spring. So naturally, this Fall we called again to get our yard aerated and seeded. Blanchard originally set the appt. for 10/15 to come out and do the work. When we got back home from work that night, nothing had been done and we hadn't received a call/text saying that they wouldn't be showing up, so we called/texted him. He responded back that he would instead be out on Wednesday 10/17---however, again, no show and no call letting us know. So we tried one more time and called/texted him and asked when he thought he would come and he said for sure the following Monday, 10/22. Well alas, yesterday his team was a no show again and no call letting us know they wouldn't be coming! I am truly disappointed that this company is run like this. They did an amazing job on our yard last year and we have been recommending their services to everyone we hear who needs landscaping service. However, if they are this unreliable, it is not worth it. I just wish that Blanchard would have told us in the beginning of October when we called him that his company didn't have time for our project so we could have found another landscaping company at that time. Now, we are at the end of October and now have to go searching for another one....I am truly disappointed with Southern Signature Landscaping.
