The Sono Bello employees are awesome.

One thing I loved the most is when an employee asked what was I having done and I told them smart lipo with Dr.Welsh and they reassured me how awesome he is and after meet him he made so comfortable. He talked to me in laymen's terms and allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted. He is very patience and makes you feel so welcome and he really cares about me and all of my concerns. I give them a 10-top notch.

Elisabeth was really professional and personable. Because of her, I am really excited about my Venus Freeze treatments. I can't wait to see the final results!!

Sono Bello offers many services and procedures to help you look your best. Two weeks ago, at the Atlanta office, I had liposuction of my stomach, thighs and waist area. I am so happy to see less fat on my body! They made tiny incisions in my belly button and a few other places to vacuum out my fat. Amazing. I am very happy with the staff, doctor, and facility.

My Sono Bello experience was overall extremely positive thanks to Chay, Dr. Welch and nurses Erin and Jesse. I am one week post lipo body contouring surgery. The staff is very caring and attentive. I am looking forward to my new body!!!



The only negative was additional cost for compression garments. I felt these should have been included in the initial cost.

The front office staff has the most amazing memory - they remember your name and greet you with a smile every time you show up! The nurses and doctors are very nice, compassionate and caring. Most important - the results are marvelous!

I have had lipo in three areas and am now at the end of my venus freeze treatments. Extremely over pleased (if that's possible) with Sono Bello Atlanta! Dr.Welsh did the lipo and I would have to say he is an absolute angel and has perfected what he does to an art! I am also getting the venus freeze treatments and I will have to admit I was extremely skeptical and started the process with hope! I am now an extreme believer! Yall it works! No joke! I am not a skinny mini, well you know what, I wasn't a skinny mini but the venus freeze has worked so well that now I AM! It really truly is the break through us women have been looking for!!! Jackie has been doing all of my treatments and because of her experience it has made my experience that much better and I know my results are as great as they are because of her! Jackie you are amazing!!!

Love, love, love my venus freeze results!!! There's an actual GAP between my thighs!!!! If I could post before & after pics here, I totally would! The staff is always so friendly & helpful and I love that they give you tons of freebies everytime you refer a friend. I posted a review on realself with my pics and since, I've heard from other members that they're also so happy w/their results (including smart lipo). I would recommend this place to ANYONE! =)

I heard the commercial on the radio and went in for a consultation, I thought every thing was fine, but then I went through 3 office managers and a vice president with no one really knowing what was going on. I went in for a consult for my chin and waist and was told that I would need to get my abdomen done. Then I was given a discount on one of my abdomen. Anyway my initial procedure was cancelled and then the office manager offered to give me a driver and a nurse for 24 hours since they cancelled on me, then the VP tried to cancel that service. The first office manager told me that they put u under and you don't feel a thing, the second on stated that she did it and she didn't feel a thing because she was totally numb, well that wasn't the truth. You feel everything. The doctor felt that I wasn't a good candidate for this procedure and I didn't get my chin done. Now on my paperwork they charged me for my chin, this is on my copy but the copy in the office said different. The day of my procedure I got to the office and they looking at me like I am crazy, wanted to know what I was there for, surgery duh. Still waiting to get my refund. I wouldn't recommend this place, customer service is horrible. If you need a place that puts you under where you don't feel anything respond to this message. Customer service is big to me especially when I am coming out of pocket with this kind of money.

I LOVE SONO BELLO ATLANTA! I'm the classic pear shape and no matter how much I diet or exercise, my legs were still unsightly. After the birth of my two children in my mid-30's this only got worse . . . enter SBA. I went in with questions and they had answers. I had fears and they calmed them. I had the best Dr. on their staff (Dr. Connors) and 4 months later after having the body contouring on my inner & outer thighs and hips, I am very satisfied with the results. I had my procedure on Saturday and was back to work on Monday. Yes it was painful and yes there was brusing, but it's like childbirth, you forget the pain and the results are worth it. I would to it again in a minute. The staff is awesome. The doctor and nurses called to check on me post procedure. I got follow-up emails for quite some time that explained what I would be experiencing at that point in my recovery time. It's very affordable and easier to recover from compared to "old fashioned" lipo. I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone looking to improve any part of their body that they have hated and wanted to make better! I'm glad I did!
