I just don't understand customer service anymore. I went there today for ice cream I ordered a cherry-lime "cream" slush "extra thick". Much to my chagrin, I received a slushy drink with very little ice cream. So I requested to see the server and asked her if she could add more ice cream to make it thick and creamy, she took it back to make another one but her manager said, and I quote "no I added a lot of ice cream when I made it". Mind you they never asked if I wanted to pay the difference, if any. I have never had any issue before...been there many times to order the same drink. Needless to say, I asked for a refund, my server obliged and apologized profusely...I told her it wasn't her fault and allowed her to keep the tip and I moved on. I'm just extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I guess it just depends on who's minding the store...

I went a long time ago and the guy inside was wearing gloves scratching his head and nose then making food with said gloves on. It took forever for them to assist me, then i sower id never go again. Last night my friend and i were craving ice cream so we went..first thing is my order was wrong i ordered ore a and got reeses. THEN the milkshake was not milk, it was curdled milk! I kept eating it thinking it was ice!! It ruined my night and has put the fear in me to ever eat here again. SPOILED MILK! CURDLED MILK/? My friends order was right but, spoiled and curdled milk to, she ended up throwing up. NEVER EAT HERE
