the worst experience

We hired this company to redo the bay windows.

After asking for 72% advance to "buy" materials, after procrastinating for more than one month, after being rude, unprofessional, not respecting the terms of his "contract", after doing the worst job ever, he took his tools and ladder one day and left, never heard from him again.

I decided now to open legal action against him.

This company doesn't even deserve one star.
