They were so nice and really helpful and the only company who was willing to work with my family on a payment plan that was feasible and fit our budget I would recommend this company to everyone.

Getting arrested is a tough experience to go through. My family didn’t have enough money to bail me out so I was referred to Smalls Bail Bonds. There are so many sneaky companies out there that will take your money and provide you with terrible service not to mention I’m afraid of signing a contract that end up making me owe more money than originally agreed upon. Thankfully, this was not the case with Smalls Bail Bonds. I have received nothing but the best service around and discreet privacy that I needed while going through a trying time. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company. Smalls B.B. was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable about the entire legal process. Easily the best bail company I’ve ever used. I got bonded out by this company which was the only good thing that they provided for me. Basically I had to pay a deposit in order to be released considering my charge but to get my money back was hell!!! First they lied and said they only provided refunds on Wednesday's and said I signed a consent form approving it. Once I asked to see the form to verify they sent it and it stated they do refunds Wednesday and Saturdays which made me furious because I was already set for Wednesday. So I call the owner Matthew to try and resolve this issue and he was very rude in finding out that I wanted my refund on Saturday which I don't understand considering I explained to this man that I lost my job and kids to take care of. He basically threatened that if I called back I would have to wait longer to get my money back. This company wants to hold your money as long as they can so I warn you if you need your funds back in a timely matter this is not the place to go! If you just want to get out then I guess it's ok
