Ghetto company if there has ever been one I would've gave them all zeroes stars but you have to give them at least but in my eye's its negative one

I work for SecurAmerica and i can personally tell you this company when compared to others such as allied Barton, Waldon and Wackenhut Corporation extremely terrible when it comes to its employees and their clients. It gives very little training and has no one from the main office to visit or anything, in other words after they get the client, they no longer care about what goes on. as far as employees go they don't like to give you your raise or vacation after a year, you have to fight as if you was in court just to get it. then on top of that they like playing games every year they change every one's anniversary date to better suite them and their needs i have been working for them for 2 years every year i go through the same thing and I'm getting fed up with their bull, i work all 3 shifts 1st shift 2 days 2nd shift 2 days then 3rd shift 1 day, My sleep is messed up,but yet i still get up every day and come to work, all ways on time, and only called out twice when my grand mother and uncle died, i work over when people cant come in, but yet this is how they treat a employee that takes pride in his job, the bad thing is, this doesn't just happen to me but to every 1 i work with on all 3 shifts including supervisors and site managers. they also cant do basic math because they are always getting every ones pay wrong then you have to wait about 4 to 6 weeks for them to pay you the money, don't dare call head quarters if you do they just give you the run around until you just stop calling. If you see they are hiring where you live i urge you not to work for this company and if you are thinking about hiring this company to provide security services i suggest you try another reputable company, that is unless you want a security staff that don't know what they are doing, want product missing, or people that are not allowed to come on the property or in your building. I am writing on behalf of two of SecurAmerica's sites, where all the staff are going through the same problems day in and day out.
