The employees/angels at this hospice were wonderful. Especially Melody who helped me emotionally deal with what was going on and his passing. Open 24/7 so that i could visit (he was only there two days before passing) him anytime and be with him. The rooms are very sunny with a window that views birdfeeders outside. Dr. Childs was great in explaining what was going on as well (medically). Great team.
The only reason i am not giving 5 starts is the post experience. I am still waiting for the death certificate (4 weeks later) and it seems no one takes accountability for it (hospice, crematorium). As of today, still waiting on the hospice doctor to go in and 'sign' the death certificate in Vital Records with the state. Terrible clunky process. I would recommend that Seasons (or the hospice) take over this process (vs. funeral home or the crematorium) as one funnel/point of contact.
