When you hire a Real Estate/Property Management agent, your number one concern should be that they are an "Agent" (so not necessarily completely aligned with YOU). In my experience with SD Global Management, they are VERY honest, VERY reliable, VERY dedicated, and most importantly they are truly looking out for you. When you have that much money on the line (buying OR selling time shares), this is the single most important thing. Once you meet SD Global Management, you will immediately know what I mean. They are the best!

SD Global Management is an excellent property management company. I have worked with them on a couple of properties, and they use the lates technology to ensure that your rental gets the most possible exposure and to make sure that your tenants are properly screened. They are also very fast in responding and a pleasure to work with which makes all the difference in this business!

I absolutely recommend SD Global Management, especially in the current market in Atlanta. We just bought a great house with a back yard across from a playground (we have two young boys) and there were 6 offers. They did so much to help us get the house of our dreams. One of the top offers had 40% cash down with a 30 day close. Due to SD Global Management connections at the bank they were able to get us a 14 day close with only 20% down (good credit helps too). At the end of the day, if the seller can get all the money in 14 days vs 30 days, the amount down is a wash. I highly recommend you interview them, you will not be sorry!

I am a loan officer and here to say that SD Global Management has handled over 250 loans of mine. We e-mail the loan documents to SD Global Management and in almost every case within 2 hours SD Global Management creates a preliminary settlement statement, e-mail or fax it to the borrower(s) and set up an appointment to have a notary go to the borrower's house to notarize the documents.

I've had the pleasure of working with SD Global Management on a number of commercial properties in Atlanta and I can't rate them highly enough. SD Global Management is a pleasure to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable on all matters related to commercial property management. They are very detail orientated, organized and efficient and have decades of experience behind them.

Looking for new housing in a competitive city like Atlanta, in the middle of taking my last law school finals (ever!) was not something I was looking forward to. At all. Thankfully, finding SD Global Management saved me some time and frustration, by answering my email re: the apartment quickly, thoroughly explaining the features of the property and the lease, and providing a great online system to sign the lease with. Plus, as a soon to be graduate, it was great their application allowed me to explain my varied/untraditional sources of income. My family have owned rental properties in Atlanta for over 2 decades. I was somewhat managing it prior to moving to the East Coast. Shortly after we moved, we hired a property manager that completely mismanaged our units. We were losing money for over 14 months. Since hiring SD Global Management, we've evicted the Tenants that brought our properties down and they filled those units with great Tenants. We are amazed of what they have done so far! Don't hire any other property management company unless they are willing to guarantee their service...we chose to work with SD Global Management because they do! We leased a place managed by SD Global Management, and had a great experience the whole time -- from touring the place, to signing the lease, to eventually transferring the lease. SD Global Management are totally down-to-earth and super helpful. Great guys. Definitely highly recommend them.
