I've had Santana Creative repair and refurbish two older handbags that I never want to part with. They've done an excellent job both times. I will continue to use their service the next time the need arises.

I am a long time customer of Santana Creative. They are true professionals and experts with my designer leather items.

I have trusted them to put half soles & add new tips to all of my Christian Louboutin heels(the red half sole is a perfect match), my Valentino’s, YSLs and Fendi shoes on a consistent basis every year.

I take my well loved heels with the normal bumps and heel mars for a little TLC. My shoes always arrive ‘renewed & refreshed’ and ready for another season of enjoyment! And quite a few of my designer bags have enjoyed a ‘spa refresh’ too!

I have been a long time customer......I initially sent everything to the store in NC and was thrilled when a store opened in Atlanta. The pleasure of meeting the staff and getting to know Isaac only increased the trust I already had in Santana Creative.

I highly recommend Santana Creative, and Isaac from the Atlanta store as a valued contact to ensure your high end designer items stay well maintained and ready for their next outing.

Literally the worst service I have EVER experienced. Everyone, especially Issac, is completely incompetent and flat out rude. They need to learn how to handle customer service if they plan on being in the sevice industry. This is a place of service not a place to buy goods. And their service has ruined my new good. I wish I could give them a 0.

Warning, this is a really long post but I really feel the need to thoroughly explain how terrible this experience with Santana Creative has been, and hopefully save someone from having their new and expensive items totally ruined.

I bought a Gucci belt from the Gucci store in Phipps Plaza that was a few sizes too big, and I took it to Santana Creative to be shortened. The employee at Santana Creative took my measurements and quoted me a 2 week return time. 4 weeks went by until I got a call back to go pick it up, but I didn't really mind the extra two week return time seeing as I was so excited to get my belt back. When I picked it up, they'd given me back my brand new belt cut multiple inches too short of my actual measurements and it didn't even reach far enough to fit around my waist. They then told me I would have to wait another week to have the piece they cut off sewn back on, and that now unfortunately you'll be able to see the messed up stitching on the belt where it would be reattached. I ended up waiting 2 weeks instead of 1 to have the belt returned and this time it was 3 inches too big and didn't fit at all. Because of this, my boyfriend was clearly visibly aggravated at the whole situation, and verbally expressed his disappointment in the service, so the manager responded by telling us he's decided he wasn't going to fix the belt because of our attitude and sent us out the door, threatening to call the cops. In conclusion, I paid a lot of money for a brand new leather belt, just to pay more money for my belt to be ruined, be threatened by an employee, and be refused service. I never post negative reviews but this experience was too infuriating to not share. I wouldn't trust Santana Creative with any repair and certainly wouldn't trust them with new and expensive leather, unless you want them ruined after weeks of waiting and dealing with aggressive employees who won't fix what they ruined.

This place is very expensive they want to charge me $85. for some small piece of plastic soles and heels on the bottom of my shoes. I had some work Done at local mall shoe repair store for $30 and Jerrold even gave me a free shine. shop around first before going their

I was referred by the Jimmy Choo Store in Atlanta, a very positive surprise with their elegant place, definitely a new concept for a shoe and bag repair place (connected with high definition cameras and flat screens with their repair center, I saw them performing repairs), the manager very helpful.

I left for repair a pair of Jimmy Choos with a broken heel - they replaced both with original new ones, they told me JChoo Corp keep parts in this place for their repairs- and a pair of Very Privy Louboutins to fix scuffs on top and bottom. The results; top notch,experts in what they do. Later on I found their name at the Christian Louboutin website as their recommended repair place and I understand why.

I will never go back to this place again. Because i was recommended by my girl freand to fix my heel and damage all the beats will never go back and stay away if you can. horrible experience
