S&S is the real deal. They took what can be a stressful situation like moving and made it so much more manageable. They arrived on time and did not leave until we were satisfied. I am most thankful that they went above and beyond by coming back to help me fix an issue with an old dryer cord. The price is reasonable, the product is reliable, and the service is both courteous and professional.

S&S Movers in Atlanta, GA located off Grasham Rd. are unreliable and unprofessional. The owner Kevin called me on 9/28/16 to confirm Sunday’s scheduled move for 9am. After 15 minutes passed I notice S&S movers were nowhere to be found. As a result I decided to call, Kevin did not answer so I left a voicemail. I waited for 10 minutes still no call back. I decided to call again and spoke with his ghetto brother Stacie, who place all the blame on Kevin for overbooking. The time was then 9:45am, Stacie assured me he would be there in 20minutes. However, 20 minutes turned into 2hrs and 15 minutes later. Instead of making it right by reducing the price slightly, I was told by Stacie” I had a choice and we don’t cut deals”. I then explained to him it’s not about cutting deals, it’s the principal you were two hours late for a move; therefore you should make it right with the customer for the inconvenience. I would not recommend S&S movers, nor will I be using them in the future.
