This company should be put out of business. Their "collectors" are rude, direspectful liars. When I called them about a "debt" to a defunct health club, I was told that my credit was terrible, and that it didn't matter if the health club was closed, that I stilled owed money for a personal training contract that I signed for a 3-month period and once the 3 months was up, they tried to charge me for a year long contract.

My credit is excellent. All my bills are paid on time and I just purchased a home this year.



Please put them out of business.

We recieved a call from this organization as they were attempting to contact someone with a similar name as my son's. The person on the phone said he was a lawyer attempting to identify and locate a him so he could serve him with a lawsuit with the intent of collecting a debt. After gathering some additional info I called back and spoke with a them. They have identified the wrong person. The names are indeed similar, but the debt was incurred in a completing different city, one that we have never lived in. The name is different as I mentioned earlier.



The first individual was rude , threatening and lied. When I spoke with him he denied being an attorney.



I called back looking for someone to express my concerns and was actually attempting to share information that they have identified the wrong person.



The so called "manager" called me a liar, stated that if I was talking, I was lying and hung up.



Although we have never been involved in a debt collection process, I believe even those individuals who owe money are not supposed to be threatened. Imagine how we feel not even owing these people money, being threatend with lawsuits, called names and being verbally abused.

I was refused public information, called a little girl, in my opinion yelled at, and accused of providing a false name all in less than 2 min. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I don't even owe these people money and this is how I was treated.
