Night Parts Counter person was absolutely terrible last night. Rude as soon as I walked in the door. Didn’t even try to help me, I only needed a couple of Air Fittings he immediately said we don’t have these. You have to go somewhere else. I asked him a dealership doesn’t have 3/8 Air Fittings in stock. He said that is correct, you’ll have to go somewhere else. Waste of my time. I will Never refer anyone here not even for last resort

Typical experience with these idiots. Call #, on hold for 8 min before someone answers and transfers me to service. Service answers and put me hold 11 min b/c he has other customers in front of him. Ask service about if they have update on truck. You guessed it, have not looked at it yet on the date they were suppose to? Ask to be transferred to shop foreman. Foreman answers, says nothing, and hangs up. These guys suck....if it wasn't for all the electro garbage they put on new trucks, I would be taking it to a small independent shop rather than dealing with sorry Rush Truck Center. Will NEVER buy there product again.
