Provided by YP.comWHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! We bought a chair and a TV console and were told it would be delivered the following week. Three weeks, numerous phone calls, maddening conversations, and 2 reschedulings later, they delivered a broken console. The 2 non- English speaking deliverymen couldn't understand our request to take it back and left it there. The represenatative then told my son that they coud only refund us 80% of the total cost eventhough we had a picture of the cracked console upon delivery. We are still waiting for them to pick up their junk! What a joke of a store.
