I've had Nothing but problems with them... Starting with Never getting a call back from them... then unresolved issues concerning my account. I finally went through the manager who told me that I had to send payments "NOT ORKIN"??? But to A company named Rollins in Atlanta Ga....Hmph.. No one I had talked to told me any of this....until recently.... So I thought everything was ok again and to my surprise.. Now i've made my FINAL PYMT. from their statement ..... I get a call back from Cherly, some nimrod, saying that she had voided my check for the final amount owed because the numbers didnt match???? She never got an approval from me before doing so... what kind of dummy would void their last payment??? REALLY??? She proceded to tell me that my balance left owing was $200.19... when in fact my balance was $219.00...I have the paper work and they accepted payment. I copied everything before sending the payment... I have their signature. This woman told me what I made the check out for the wrong amount. Funny,.. I believe that they are AGAIN!!!draging this out so they can hit me with an 18% intrest rate at the end of this month. I guess I'll finall meet them in court.
