Do NOT do business with this guy.

He has set up two false companies: Rockstone Funding and Medical Funding Providers.

He is broke and his companies are listed in arrears.

He gets victims to send him deposits for real estate purchases and promises a 100 % refund if cannot close.

He never closes, and uses the victims funds to pay his own arrears.

It has been a full year sofar to get him to refund me only a token amount of what he owes me.

He has been served with a letter of demand, and will be sued in a Georgia court if he ignores this demand.

He is also in contravention of several Georgia State Fair Business Practices Act.

Furthermore, he is a broke taxi driver, who has a history of victimizing people.

In addition, the addresses he uses for both companies do in fact not exist: my mail to those addresses were returned by USPS for being undeliverable due to "no such address".
