great people , the new owner has change a lot of stuff , they financing is very easy now , you get approve within 3mins , the place looks really good

I Have nothing good to say about this dealership. They are rip offs, I wish I never went to
this business. I thought they were good but I was wrong. After 30 day of having the car they told me that the car had a court order title. They also said that the finance didn't go through but I was making payments. Then after all of that they payed the finance company back closed the deal. This dealership is not good at all do not go there

I recently went in to purchase a car at Robinson Automotive Group in union city Ga and was given a "yo-yo" loan. That's where they put you in a vehicle allow you to drive it around town for a while then call you back to request more money. Moreover once the financing doesn't go through they request that you bring the vehicle back to the dealership! HERE IS THE TRICKY PART...THEY WILL DENY YOU YOUR DOWN PAYMENT. Had I known that this dealership had a horrible rating with the "bbb", I would never have patronized this flym flam dealership

COMPLETE FRAUDS!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THESE FOLKS I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY CARS!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TERRIBLE CARS!!!!! DRIVES FEW WEEKS THEN PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

This company has recently robbed an elder widow name Mrs Catherine Cooper of $2500. She won the xase in court and has been trying in every way to retrieve her money. Even ripped off by others claiming to assist her in her efforts. She purchased the car to help to help not only help herself but other elders. The car broke down in less than a week & was told to bring it back & they wkuld fix it. She did and the car became history! Help her 770.912-9826. Also saints, it's time to get involved. PRAY ALL THESE CROOKS BE PUT BEHIND BARS. We serve The One & only True God. No weapon should prosper!

I bought a car from them and the sales man was Kelvin Edmonds. He was so knowledgable and professional he found a a good car that I could afford and even helped me find reasonable insurance I will recommend everyone to go to Kelvin at Robinson automotive!!!!!!

I think they do good business. A few friends from school have gone there. You get what you are willing to pay for. It depends what your looking for. As far as the review it sounds personal & how do you know this, do you work there? The Better Business report is bad though.
