dont move here. you can come stay with me, i dont care if theres a money issue, move in with me. This place is not suitable for human beings.



this place is getting worse and worse. 9/16/2013, even with the new management. I have had many issues with getting things fixed in my apartment. From rodents, to no hot water and no screen door, to people who dont live at this residency dropping off trash.



For one, I have these huge bugs that pop up out of no where in my apartment and management says they dont know what to about the situation. management has said the bugs come from outside but they dont know how they get in the house, Duhhh, bad foundation. I have no hot water, and whenever i do put in a request to get it fixed management put it off and claim to have more serious issues to attain to.



However today i had it, this morning someone under me floor was leaking under me and my water heater i guess was busted. They bam on my door needing to be let in right away, I told management , hey give me a 15 to 20 minutes, im indisposed right now and i need to get myself together first. They come back within 3 minutes and threaten me that im going against violation and that i can be fined and willl be given a 7 day termination of lease. The new Management is a real Class act, as you can see.



They will raise the rent on you for no reason. When you raise the rent on residents it should be because you are improving the residence, no improvements have been made. Hell no improvements have ever made. But i guess they raise the rent because they can and to pay for the trash that others drop off at the Retrick.



The Retreat at Marketplace is not gated, so there have been many thefts from people who live here, including the managements office itself. Also you a have people who dont reside here dumping off trash, old beds, couches and other crap at our trash compactors, thus making us have to pay more in trash fees. They have something called a dog park, that laughable. It was basically an old tennis court, and management put down hay over the pavement, and now residents can come and let there dogs do their business without picking up after them inside the

tennis court.



You have many tenants with barbecue grills on their patio (fire hazard). Not to mention the terrible mediocre gym, laundry facility, dirty pool, and terrible cubicle that they call a business center.



One of my co-workers moved here this year around March, and he broke his lease and moved out before August hit.
