We are at the beginning of treatment for our daughter and this review will touch on the "first impression" of this place vs. the one nearby. COMPLETELY different experiences!! As we sat waiting for our daughter, a psychologist came out to speak with us for almost 45 min. (instead of being ignored for almost 2 hours and handed a folder with 100 pages in it to read) She answered a ton of questions. She was not in a hurry, was incredibly knowledgeable and those questions she did not have answers to, she got the answers later and emailed them to us. The place is very clean and has calm environment. (wish it had less of an office feel since some are there 5 days a wk...but that's just me.) The admissions coordinator was wonderful and very knowledgeable as well. She has been in tight communication with us during the admission process which was clunky due to labs that were off. I appreciate the caring attitude and calm confidence they offer parents and clients.
