The contract is written for auto renewal that you have to decide 60 days out, if not, then you are in a contract for another 12 or 13 moths. If you speak with someone, make sure that you get what they say in writing. I spoke with some in the summer and told them to cancel out contract at the end. He told me that it would end end of Jan. Well, come to find out, the contract renewed for 13 months instead of 12 - not sure how that happened. They will try to get as much out of you as you can and will not work with you at all. Follow up is poor.
