Their reps are really helpful but I called at 12pm on a Sat. night and had to wait until MONDAY.I was helped immediately when Mon. came but I dont like to wait. I called 2 days ago and their customer service reps were awesome. This is a online lingerie store and they walked me through the whole process. I only wish they could be open later than 9-5
