I must say I was very impressed by the free session that I receive after viewing his site. He came to the facility at my condo and gave me one hell of a workout in what I thought to be an inadequate facilty. The entire time I felt challenged and strangely entertained. He has a very assuring approach to training. I see my fitness center in a completely different light. I left exhausted but with a feeling of accomplishment. I have had my first dose of my new drug...
