I will never patronize this business again due to poor customer service. I purchased a Groupon deal for 2 facials. I went in for the 1st facial and it went OK... nothing to brag about, nothing special but it was a decent facial. The esthetician WILL TRY AND SELL YOU a lot of products so just be prepared in that. After the 1st appointment, the receptionist "strongly encouraged" (nice pushy) me into setting another appointment and told me I could cancel at any time. My appointment was set for Friday at 11, and due to an emergency I called at noon on Thursday to reschedule. Upon doing so I was informed that I'd have to pay an additional $50 because I missed the 24 hour limit by 1 hour. I was extremely frustrated by their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me. In this day and age, customer service is EVERYTHING. Instead of waiving the $50 cancellation fee and gaining a customer for LIFE, they have alienated me and I am willing to sacrifice my Groupon facial instead of coming out of pocket an additional $50 due to issues that I have no control over. They have lost a client for life! There are WAAAYYYYYYY too many estheticians and skin care spas that not only do better facials but are willing to provide better customer service. I live and die by reviews, so I wanted to share my experience and will do so on multiple platforms.
