Would give zero stars if possible. This public storage location is absolutely terrible. Recently, over 35 units were robbed, including mine. During this time, Public Storage has disabled the cameras. The staff, particularly Karen in the office and Sean Marker, the district manager, were extremely rude and unhelpful and told me "Your unit has been robbed, you should get over here and deal with it." They tampered with evidence and tried to cover up damages before the police arrived (I witnessed this myself). The day after the robbery, they disabled the gate and left the office unattended, while the video cameras were still disabled. Literally anyone could drive in to the facility. I also have picture evidence of this. They showed zero remorse for their negligence of duty and refuse to even return my phone calls. They are rude and provide zero customer service. Not to mention the facility is damp and poorly maintained. You are better off going anywhere else. Beware.
