I went in for a routine check up. Dr. Shih grabbed my neck hard and hit my face several times. Said I might have a sinus infection. I never had a symptom. The pelvic exam was the worst experience of my life! Rammed a large speculum inside me then proceeded to take a bunch of pictures of my V, with his IPAD! Had trouble with the ipad, went outside to grab an assistant to help him. Whole time I'm begging them to stop taking pictures of my V, to please take the speculum out. Ignored me, took forever taking pictures then examined me roughly with his hands and did a pap smear. An assistant takes blood and hooks up 2 large bags of medicine to drip into my arm. Presumably for my "sinus infection". He never took a photo of the sinus infection, never took a picture of the rash on my elbow, only took pictures of my V. I told him I didn't want the IVs. He yelled at me and called me a baby in front of a roomful of people! I sat there crying for 2 hours with this IV in my arm, shocked after such a horrible experience. Gave me 6 medications and didn't explain what they were for. Later I looked on internet: they are for pain relief and insomnia which I do not need. But he wouldn't let me return them. My bill was almost $1000!! I have thought about suing him. He is a creepy, mean, perverted old man!
