I called to inquire about the availability of barbers in the shop as I was scheduling for 2 clients. I spoke to Johnny and he informed me to see Johnny and Toot upon arrival. As my first experience with this establishment, I did as instructed only to find out that Toot was not an actual barber but a crackhead that maintains the shop area. When I asked for Johnnie and Toot, everyone in the shop laughed and made a mockery out of what was communicated to me. Needless to say, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. For someone who gets a haircut twice a week, this was a definitely a missed opportunity. It is unfortunate and I'm sympathetic for patrons who are subjected to such less than professional experiences that this shop afford them. #garbage
