i got the super basic car wash but i really just needed to use the vaccums. we when i paid at the drive up the girl standing there didnt mention the place was closing in 10 minutes. As soon as my car comes out of the wash i try to go vaccum it and they have turned off all the vaccums. it was literally still 9 cars out there being cleaned. when i talked to the manager (Rickey Smith) he had a horrible attitude and made it seem like we should have known the vaccums were going to go off. I will now go out of my way to another carwash, where the customer service is better, and they arent just trying to get your money.

I stay near this place and in the future i will go out of my way to go to another car wash to get my car cleaned!!



complaints:



1. on several times visiting i paid for a $10 car wash with the tire shine. NO SHINE ON TIRES AT ALL!!!



2. The traffic style stop and go light at the end of the car wash tunnel hasn't worked for a while.



3. no hoses on a long line a vacums for customers.

I have lived in Atlanta all my life and i have seen buisness come and go but if you can find Prestige car wash hidden on the hill off Camp Creek Parkway you will find a special place where the customer is king. I got the 50 dollar wax job special. they did a great job in record time. Mr. Randy the manager answered all my questions and i got a real feeling this guy runs a tight ship. this place was very clean and all the staff i came in contact with either spoke to me or waved. I really felt welcomed. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!

I have found the best customer service friendly car wash ever!!! Not only did they do an excelelnt job of cleanigng my vehicle everyone there was so helpful. One of the managers Ricky was exceptional!! He explained to me not only the carwash features but also the Oil and Lube part of their business. Thank. Customer for Life.
