Registered my son for BEST Academy middle school grade & they ran out of shirts in my son's size and only had men's sizes left for shirts but told me to go to Prestige Apparel in Greenbriar Mall since they were the only store in the area to carry the shirts and could apply the school crest by patch or embroidery. I went to the store on a monday 7/31/17 to purchase shirts for my sons to start school the following day 8/1/17. the first issue was the $9-10 price for the uniform polo shirts, Frustrated customers in line at the store recommended that I go to walmart to purchase the polo shirts and come back to pay for the embroidery of the school crest. return to the store with the $4.99 uniform polo shirts and wait in line for 15-30 minutes to prepay for embroidery of the school crest on 8 polo shirts for $8 per shirt to embroider the shirts, would be ready in 5-7 days & someone will call me when the shirts are ready. I decided to go to the store on the following Monday 8/7/17 since the store does not answer the phone and I never received a call for pickup. I arrive on the following monday and the young lady at the back counter searches through piles of plastic bags of orders on the floor behind the register for my order and opens the bag to show me the shirt order and they embroidered the WRONG school logo/crest on the shirts. They apologize and tell me they will fix the order and replace the shirts and to return at 4pm the next day. return on Tuesday at 4pm sharp and they state to me that they are in the process of finishing my order but it is not finished. return to the store at 5:30pm the shirt still were not ready, the manager attempted to explain. when i finally open the bag and look at the shirts at home the quality is bad, wrong sizes, gave me 7 shirts instead of the 8 shirts I gave them. It should be illegal to be this bad in business.

Thanks to ms.robin we got our shirts made in two days ! This was my first time and it was amazing . Neat and fast I know where to go now if I need custom Tshirts done

My experience at prestige is always great. I always go there to get my kids uniforms and custom t-shirts done their items are affordable and great quality and the employees their have excellent customer service Prestige keep up the good work!!!

Excellent Service! I placed a twill rush order on 10/16/15 and expected to pick up on 10/20/15. The manager called me on 10/16 at 5:30PM - my line jacket was ready.



I began using Prestige many years ago (once I found out that one of my favorite local custom greek apparel shops has their work completed by them). Each time that I've called or visited Prestige, I have received excellent customer service. My purchased items have always been of superior quality and the prices are great!



These people are very knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend them for your custom apparel needs.

Order placed on 7/31, said it would take one week, it's SEPTEMBER and not one of the many emails or voicemails I've left have been returned, nor has anyone ever contacted me from this store. I am going to have to go up in person but I already know it will be a wasted trip.

Horrible service. Said will take 5 days, after 2 weeks never received a call went up to store said they would complete that day, did logo in incorrect colors. Later on I provided correct logo colors & took picture & still did order with incorrect color. Brought other business to them still unprofessionally handled & taking extremely too long & have not looked for item I requested. Will take business elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered uniforms on 7/16/15 and did not get my uniforms until 8/14/15. I asked for my money back before they printed anything on the shirts I ordered, but they printed them anyway and refused to give me a refund. Instead they gave me the number for the owner Walter Watson, who denied being the owner, lied on the staff, and then hung up on me. I will NEVER do business with them again!

Horrible business. Ownership never has order when they say they will. Placed order and paid in advance on the 1st of August. Got call Friday the 14 stating uniforms were ready for pick up. Went in Friday they couldn't find them. Came back Monday the 17th the owner takes receipt goes in back for 20 minutes comes back with nothing and moves on to next customer without saying anything. When I question about uniforms I was told they would give me a call when they find it. This is by far the worse place to order uniforms from. Stay away. It's sad when you can not spend money in your own community. Save your time and go to fayetteville. Didn't want to give them 1 star. Really they should get a 0 and shut down. Stay away. Bad place of business and horrible owners.

Still waiting for items promised on last Saturday and then, again, on Monday, (which was the 5th of the "3-5 days" promised to be completed. Stopped in on last Friday and Monday. Never received a call, as promised, now it's Wednesday and there's no answer at the store b/c there's no room to leave a message! This will be the 3rd trip to get my items, not including the trip to drop them off. Not happy.

I will never shop their again!

I droped a item off to have it embroided, paid a extra 10.00 dollars to have it ready for my grandmothers 90th birthday. It wasn't ready and the customer service was awful. They will be out of business soon, I am going to help them, by telling everyone not to go their!!!

Terrible customer service and old products.

Getting school uniforms from this place was horrible. No one knew any thing. They had me to order things I did not need and got my order wrong 4 times. While I was in line there were two complaints. I understand trying to support your neighborhood but not when the service is terrible.

Worst customer service ever!

I went here to get some embroidery on an item. You can stand at the counter 5 minutes before someone even looks at you & speaks.

It was Fri. They said they would have my item done on Tues. No receipt. They scribble what you want done on a piece of paper. I went back Wed. Item not done, still where I left it. Told me it would be ready in an hour.

I walked the mall for an hr reluctantly because this is a high crime area. Hadn't started on it when I got back! Was in mall a total of 2 hrs.

As you can see it has a big dark circle around the embroidery.

The owner was talking to a lady who was trying to explain to him that it is not good business to not tell a customer the stitching may not come out right on some materials. He said that was not his responsibility. It is if you know it. Duh! (Can you believe in the mist of all this, his young son came to him & wanted to order something on the internet for Christmas & he stopped to help him with several people in line)?

I was going to buy several other items in the store that day but I will never go back.

There used to be a good embroidery shop in the middle aisle of the mall but sorry to say it closed.
