WARNING, Don’t let current review score on this community fool you! Even if these apartments were being given away for free, we would not recommend this place for ANYONE to live! My husband and I signed a 12-month lease with this community in November 2012 but the incompetent maintenance staff, oblivious office staff, inconsiderate residents and overall deplorable living conditions are the reasons we cancelled our lease early and moved out. To give some insight on our experience we have listed the issues we encountered within the 6 months living in this community below (You to be the judge!): Silver fish infestation, live garden snake found in kitchen, unexplained toilet and bathtub backups, brown water, water disconnected by community without prior notice to tenants that are up to date in all payments, adding coolant to AC took 1 month and 3 maintenance request to be completed, maintenance turned on furnace despite the notice issued by the gas company to replace the unit because of rust and other dangerous conditions with the existing unit, no filters in the air vent system, housing of the water heater and furnace in the bathroom in disgusting condition, loud neighbors stomping and fighting all hours of the day and night, abandoned cars in parking, trash left overnight in hallways by neighbors attracting stray cats, raccoons and possums to our breeze way.



Trade Street residential and the entire Pointe at Canyon Ridge community staff should be ashamed to promote this sort of disgraceful living conditions!!!
